Okay, so those of you that know me know that I've been involved in lots of dancing, and also have a sitting-still-desk-job coding apps. I've recently developed a very sharp pain in my back that makes it difficult to inhale too deeply at times.

I went to the chiropractor for the first time last night.

WOW. No neck stuff, but he got a whole lot of the upper back joints to crack, and woooooow. I feel looser already. Follow up appointment is tomorrow morning.

Who else has been to a chiropractor?

Also, I got a new condenser microphone hooked up to a shiny new preamp, so now I really AM ready for voice acts! I can finally do away with that poor little $10 microphone I was using before.

It's amazing. It makes you feel much looser after each session. You should definitely go to a chiropractor one day.

One of my friends has been wondering about a chiropractor... is it something that just anyone can go see?
:iconexdevlin:
Where I am, yes. If your friend is planning on claiming it on some sort of insurance or benefits, they'll probably need a referral from a physician, but that's fairly easy to obtain. For me, I didn't need a referral at all, I just called up an office eand booked an initial appointment, and off I went. The first appointment is always longer so they can go over your history and habits, and assess your issues. The following appointments are like 20 minutes long.

No, it wasn't! You just gotta remember to relax and... just relax. You just have to trust him.
